RTU5025 GSM Remote Gate Opener:

The RTU5025 is an upgraded version of famous RTU5015 gate opener, a very simple device which can be used for remote control swing or sliding gates and doors or switching devices with authorized access management(Caller-ID),well used on door access, gate control, remote switching, or car parking systems. Actually the RTU5025 can be used in places which require to turn ON/OFF your system, machines, equipments remotely with a FREE phone call from your mobile or fixed line telephone.

PC software for programming via USB,remote server system over TCP/IP supported*,users can easily download the access historical data anywhere anytime.

Digital Inputs:

One Digital input for motion sensor or other sensors to protect your door and windows,SMS alert to owner immediately when triggered;

One Digital input special for secure door and automatically armed when door closed, SMS alert to owner immediately when door opened illegally.

How RTU5025 Works?

1. Put a Mobile SIM Card into the Device.

2. Setting by PC software.(WindowsXP, Win7, Win8)

3.Call the RTU5025 by Authorized phone number, Relay Switch ON/OFF to remote control the Gate/Door or other Machine OPEN/CLOSE!

4. Download the access historical data by PC software via USB port.

Door status checking alarm and remote control:

1.Connect wired detector/sensors in tothe DIN1/2.

2.When detector/Sensors trigger,RTU5025 send Alarm SMS Text to the 1st ~6th users automatically.

3.According to the Alarm SMS, users make a decision to CALL RTU5025 Switch Relay ON or OFF.

Q:How To Choose Right Wheels For Your Gate
A:Sliding wheels come in several grade.
The highest grade is heat treated C45 steel with dual bearing. This kind wheels is fit for big wheels and special heavy gate.
The rank grade is C45 steel rods turning with one or two bearing. This will suffice for most installations.
Lower grade is by cast iron wheels are not recommended even if cheaper enough.
Now days for the heavy big gate cantilever wheels is very popular for heavy gate . which is use by some pulley block.
If you need quality and quite wheels you can choose a right steel wheels with rubber cover. For light gate you can use good nylon wheels with bearing inside.
Q:Choose galvanize or stainless steel wheel?
A:On usual the people use galvanized wheels,the galvanized wheel in two grade:96 hours salt test and 72 hours which is enough for sun and rain out side,48 hours not recommend.If you still need higher cover dealing you can use electric paint.
Only when you nearby sea you can choose SS304 or SS316,SS201 not recommend which is worse than galvanize
