1. How to order with "RongRolling" sliding gate parts?
A:"RongRolling" is brand name of sliding gate wheels of Nantong RongChang Manufacture&Trading Co., LTd. When you order us we need you to provide us detailed size. Diameter of wheels or drawings.
You should tell us what kind of grade you need.
On usual we provide new samples need 10working days by OEM item
For 10000pcs we need 20 working days to produce one item
we accept T/T L/C and D/A D/p payment term
2. How to choose right wheels for your gate?
A:Sliding wheels come in several grade.
The highest grade is heat treated C45 steel with dual bearing. This kind wheels is fit for big wheels and special heavy gate.
The rank grade is C45 steel rods turning with one or two bearing. This will suffice for most installations.
Lower grade is by cast iron wheels are not recommended even if cheaper enough.
Now days for the heavy big gate cantilever wheels is very popular for heavy gate . which is use by some pulley block.
If you need quality and quite wheels you can choose a right steel wheels with rubber cover. For light gate you can use good nylon wheels with bearing inside.

A:On usual the people use galvanized wheels, the galvanized wheel in two grade :96hours salt test and 72 hours which is enough for sun and rain out side, 48 hours not recommend. If you still need higher cover dealing you can use electric paint.
Only when you nearby sea you can choose SS304 or SS316, SS 201 not recommend which is worse than galvanize.
